We have a 7-day return policy. At every level of our organization, we strive to meet the highest quality standards available, surpassing those of the industry. We are available to assist you in the event that a product you have received has a problem.
Refunds are not available in any scenario or period. You will receive a credit note without an expiration date if your return request is accepted.

If you receive a product that is damaged due to a manufacturing defect or quality issue, or if the wrong product is shipped, you can return or exchange it once.

If the product is damaged or incorrect, please include a photo of the issue.
Within 2–4 business days of the exchange, replacement, or credit note being accepted, a reverse pick-up will be arranged.
Replacement orders will be delivered within 7 business days.
Please ensure the item you are returning is undamaged and in its original packaging. After seven days from the date of delivery, no requests for returns, exchanges, or credit notes will be accepted.
