Orders are typically handled in 48 hours and delivered out. Note that processing times for personalized items will be extended. Your order will be split if it contains both customized and non-personalized items, with the non-personalized items being delivered first. Orders will be delivered within 7 business days.

All orders over INR 999/- qualify for free shipping from us. Please be aware that returns and orders within the country are not eligible for free shipping.

Your order may arrive in pieces if you are ordering gold or personalized jewelry in addition to other goods.

Please be aware that although the majority of pin codes can be used both forward and backward, there are very rare instances in which a pin code can only be used forward and not backward. In any of these situations, we reserve the right to ask you to return the item via a different courier service, like India Post, and to reimburse you for any reasonable shipping fees (up to Rs. 70) paid throughout the return processing procedure.

Within 48 hours of the delivery being delivered, please contact our customer care staff for assistance if, in the odd event that you receive an empty parcel or a missing product. The brand retains the right to make the ultimate choice in any of these situations.
